How To Sign Up
Thank you for your interest in SourceOne Capital and the credit repair service we provide. The following information will need to be provided in order to begin the credit repair process:
- Driver's license OR State ID
- Social security card OR W-2/1099 form
- Proof of address if your Drivers License address is not correct: (Examples are) Utility bills, bank statements, W-2's or lease agreements with your correct mailing address are all acceptable forms of proof of address.
- Phone numbers and your email address
- The name of the person who referred you to our service
We accept payments through Debit/Credit Card, Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, ApplePay, Chime, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram or Bank Transfer.
The information we need can be brought in with you if you’re signing up at our office, sent via text, email, fax, or mailed to us.
