- Copy of driver's license or state ID
- Copy of social security card or W-2 form
- Two proofs of address: Etc, Utility bills, bank statements, W-2's or lease agreements with your correct mailing address are acceptable forms of proof of address.
- Two contact numbers so we can contact you
- The name of the person who referred you to our service
- Set up fee

TransUnion $150.00
Experian $150.00
All Three Credit Bureaus $350
All Three Credit Bureaus and 10 inquiries (credit checks) $400
All Three Credit Bureaus for a Couples $650
All three Credit Bureaus for a Couple and 10 inquiries each $750.00
We accept personal checks, credit and/or debit cards and money orders or just click on the shopping cart on this website to sign up with a debit/credit card online (click on the tab below the tab that tells you how to sign up) Arrangements may also be made by Western Union, MoneyGram or Bank Transfer.
The information we need to get started can be mailed, emailed or faxed to us. If you mail your information to us please make sure the listed items above are included in your package to us. If you choose to fax or email your information please make sure you call after you fax or email us so we can verify that we received your information and that it's legible. We can also accept your credit/debit card payment by phone for your convenience or by the shopping cart on this website.
